A former mafia boss, Song, gets out of jail and wants to get for revenge on one of his gang members, Tai, who married the woman that he loved twenty years ago. The woman is dead already and a daughter, Thip, was born from the marriage. She is now a young girl in a music group and has problems with her father. The mafia boss and two of his gang look everywhere for Tai. This involves many people including a monk, who lost his way to his temple, Mongkhon, a former Song's gang member, Piek, a local gangster and friend of Tai, and Oe, Thip's boyfriend. Eventually they find out things weren't as they thought.

Nastya lives with her old grandmother and runs a small construction company. She has a big dream: to adopt an orphan Danya who she is very attached to. But it turns out that another family wants Danya: journalist Vishnyakov and his wife, TV presenter, both successful and wealthy people. And they have much more chances to adopt the boy than lonely and not so successful Nastya. One more problem: some joker starts calling her with strange childish rhymes: “Din-don, din-don, We are playing kingdom“. All this brings the heroine to desperation. But suddenly she gets an unexpected gift from destiny - a big and expensive order, a construction of social settlement “Sokoliki“ for poor families. Wondering why a well-known contractor Zotov chose her seedy firm, Nastya gladly starts the work. She hopes to improve her financial position and get a chance to adopt Danya.

A themed variety show, in which the skits and music centered around Sha Na Na (a '50s-style "greaser" rock band) and the neighborhood in which they lived (an unidentified inner city neighborhood reminiscent of the Bronx).

College senior Intoy (Edgar Allan Guzman) is unwittingly fallen into a friend-with-benefits situation with his mysterious classmate Jenny (Mercedes Cabral). Jenny has a reputation for being promiscuous, and Intoy plays aloof to hide the fact that he’s fallen in love with her. Slowly, Jenny opens up to him as well, revealing the vulnerable center to her seemingly impervious façade. But poor, confused Intoy isn’t really equipped to deal with the feelings involved.
